Panelists will discuss the consequences of the passage or failure of the following proposed amendments:
Proposition 4, Creation of a state water fund
Proposition 12, Change to the composition of the Commission on Judicial Conduct
Proposition 14, Establishment of a Dementia Research Institute
Proposition 15, Parental rights
Proposition 16, A ban on non-citizens from voting
